Unlimited kms, No fee for additional driver. No fee for in Town pick-up or drop-off. There is a one time $25 Airport convenience fee. This is for an airport pickup with airport dropoff per rental. Plus: PST 7% & GST 5%

Need a vehicle for 30 days or more? Ask about long term rental discounts

Under 25 years of age – an additional $50 per day. Vehicles must be returned fully fueled; otherwise, they will be charged the going pump rate plus a $5 flat service fee.  All drivers must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable vehicle being rented as well as a major credit card. Optional Collision Waiver is not available through Churchill Auto Rentals. Please insure your purchase through your own coverage. Damage to vehicles incurred due to driver negligence or neglect are the sole responsibility of the renter and due upon return of vehicle.

You will not be able to purchase insurance at the rental location, so you must secure your own coverage before your arrival. The vehicle comes with a $750 deductible for damage, and other fees will be pre-authorized on your credit card and refunded after inspection. Your credit card may cover these charges, but you are responsible for confirming your existing coverage or purchasing separate rental insurance to meet this requirement
 
Rental periods are 24h, and if returned at a later time, an additional full charge will be applied. Any fuel not returned at the same level will incur a charge of $2.50 or the local market rate per liter. 
 
During the October-to-November peak season, you have a 30-day cancellation window. If you cancel within this period, a fee of 25% of the total cost, or the equivalent of one day’s rental (whichever is greater), will be charged for a one-day policy in all other months.
